About Us
Pacific Mountain Homes Ltd
Pacific Mountain Homes Ltd (PMH) was founded by Robert Baillie and Marty Winfield in 2002 and operates throughout the Greater Vancouver-area. Each year, PMH builds between 5-8 homes, which range in size from 3,200-8,000 sqft; each being backed by a third-party 2-5-10 New Home Warranty. PMH is a certified Green Builder, registered with the British Columbia Home Builders Association, and has won a coveted Georgie Award for its work.
Robert and Marty
Prior to their partnership under PMH, Robert and Marty owned and operated independent construction companies. The two have built homes from Mount Fuji, Japan to Mesa, Arizona. Each partner has over 26-years of building experience and together have built over 200 homes.

Over the years, PMH has built a solid and reliable network of Trades. These Trades are the core to which we rely on to deliver high-quality product at the best market price.

Project Management
Project management entails managing the construction of your project from the point of Building Permit issuance to receiving an Occupancy Permit. There are many phases involved in building and we take care of all of them!
Footings & Foundation
Without a strong & solid foundation, your home's stability can be called into question. Our foundation experts ensure that your project will stand the test of time.
Framing
The appearance of any home is defined by the quality and characteristics that are part of its structural frame. Our in-house framers ensure that your home will not only exceed building standards, but also provide the structural integrity under which you will live.
Finish Carpentry
The finishing touches are what make a house, your home. Our Finish Carpenters ensure that your visions become reality and make your home truly unique.
